The loop

Bring it in: /from-handoff turns the handoff bundle into screens built with your tokens. Open comments come over as notes.
States: every screen gets empty, loading, error and full states. It is never one happy picture.
Show: a prototype bar with screen and state pickers and a real 390×844 phone frame. Every pick lives in the link.
Collect: reviewers press n and pin a note. Notes save to git. Claude fixes them and marks them done in the same commit.
Present: /review-deck writes the review as a clean deck for phone, desktop and PDF.

What it is not
