Free CLAUDE.md generator, with rules Claude can't skip.
Fill in your project and pick your house rules. You get 2 files: a CLAUDE.md, and a settings.json that Claude Code enforces. It runs in your browser, with no sign-in.
Why 2 files? Claude reads CLAUDE.md as advice, and sometimes skips it. Claude Code's own docs say: "Permission rules are enforced by Claude Code, not by the model." So your "never touch" list also goes into settings.json as deny rules. Read the docs.
Put it in your project's top folder.
Save it as .claude/settings.json in your project. Already have one? Merge the permissions block. Check it with /permissions in Claude Code.
Want the full version? The Forge Rules Kit ($15) is the rules file a working builder uses every day. It adds a worked example, the long house.md, the 3 project files and install checks. See it tested on 3 real tasks first. 14-day refund.
How these files are built
The CLAUDE.md rules come from a builder's daily Claude Code setup, cut down to the parts that fit any project. The settings.json uses Claude Code's own permission syntax: Edit(./path), Read(./.env), Bash(git push *). Deny rules win over allow rules.
